William Wood Company is Hiring an Office Manager Near West Chester, PA

We are seeking an organized, motivated, and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager handles the daily operation of our office, interfaces with clients, and keeps our office organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and assigning appraisal orders and maintaining communication with the clients and appraisers throughout each assignment.
  • Manage office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, keeping records, and answering phones and emails.
  • Interacting with clients, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensuring contact information, subscriptions, and certifications are up to date.
  • Bookkeeping, including generating invoices, receiving fees, rents, and deposits, and writing checks. All monies are accounted for with QuickBooks.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be proficient with QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently.

The position is multifaceted, so the Office Manager is involved in an array of different kinds of tasks through each day. While some parts of the job have a certain amount of flexibility, our primary clients are banks and their appraisal managers, so most of our appraisal requests come during traditional working hours.
